On my way to 'a date with destiny'
I met God's Grace on the way....
I decided to tag her along
to keep her with me on this fray
at times when i would give up
she strengthened me to keep fighting
she helped me to ignore the noisy world
and taught me to enjoy the musical play
and that's not all, for each new day
she helps me choose to smile away
my fears and anxieties to keep at bay
enjoy life's beauties that are sent my way
and be thankful for every blessed day
Oh! what a joy is mine today!
my heart shouts out in a rapturous way
God's Loving Grace is here to stay
as long as i live till life gives way
as for destiny, i would never care
for something greater is mine today :)
