Would Father Abraham have prayed this prayer when he was journeying to the mountain to sacrifice his only loving son….??

A journey of faith to the mountain top
all skepticism laid to rest inside my heart
pain reaching deeper with each passing moment
faith growing stronger with each painful step
I reached a depth in me that I knew not before
a place where this world doesn't exist anymore
the light that shines before my eyes
is your love my father from heavens above
I walk ahead with nothing else to hope
for all my hope is your never failing love
I cling to your promise to never forsake me
I bank on your word to lead me ashore
for I learnt my lord that no one can help
my broken spirit only you can heal
my stolen joy only in you I can find
from my bondage of misery only you can release
I surrender to the call to give up all I have
to yield to your will above my own
even if it is a piece of my heart, my only son
or my very life that in grace you have given
teach me to love you above everything
lead me to the zenith of this mountain of faith
I pray, keep me there with your love abound
lead me all the way to thy glorious hill
and let me not go astray in this journey of faith
